By accessing or using the EarthIntelPro website at earthintelpro.com or the related Android app (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
🌍 2. What the Service Is
EarthIntelPro is a free information service that displays environmental hazard data — earthquakes, storms, wildfires, floods, UV, air quality and more — sourced live from public scientific feeds such as USGS, NASA EONET, NOAA/NWS and Open-Meteo. Some indicators (fire-weather risk and thunderstorm activity) are computed risk models and are clearly labeled as such.
🚨 3. Not an Emergency Service
The Service is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for official emergency alerts or guidance. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Always follow the instructions of your local civil-defence and meteorological authorities (e.g. weather.gov, USGS, tsunami.gov). See our Disclaimer.

- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Service or the upstream data providers.
- Do not scrape, resell, or misrepresent the Service or its data as your own product.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in safety-critical systems where failure could lead to injury or loss of life.
📊 5. Third-Party Data & Attribution
Hazard data is provided by third parties, including U.S. government agencies (USGS, NOAA, NASA — generally public domain) and Open-Meteo (CC-BY 4.0). Their data remains subject to their own terms. A full list is on our Data Sources page. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any third-party feed.
📣 6. Advertising
The Service is free and may display advertising (currently Google AdSense) to cover operating costs. Advertisers do not influence the hazard data we display. Cookie use by advertising partners is described in our Cookie Policy.
⚖️ 7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarthIntelPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including personal injury, property damage, or losses resulting from reliance on information shown by the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
