Disclaimer
๐จ 1. Not Official Emergency Guidance
EarthIntelPro is an informational service only. It is not a civil-defence system, not an official warning channel, and must never be your only source of safety information during an emergency. Always follow your local authorities and official agencies such as NOAA/NWS, USGS, and tsunami.gov.
โฑ๏ธ 2. Data Timeliness and Accuracy
All readings come from third-party public feeds and refresh roughly every 5 minutes while a page is open. Feeds can be delayed, revised (e.g. earthquake magnitudes are frequently updated by USGS), incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. A reading shown as โliveโ reflects the latest data we received, not necessarily current conditions at your exact location.
๐งฎ 3. Modeled Indicators
Two indicators are computed risk models, not direct measurements: fire-weather risk (from live temperature, humidity and wind โ not satellite hotspot detection) and thunderstorm activity (from weather codes โ not a lightning-strike network). They are labeled as โmodeledโ wherever shown and should be treated as rough guidance only.
๐บ๏ธ 4. Coverage Limits
Some hazards have regional coverage only, because no free global feed exists: official weather alerts (US only, NOAA/NWS), tide levels (US NOAA stations only), and pollen (Europe only, CAMS). Tsunami indications are derived from USGS earthquake tsunami flags and are not a substitute for official tsunami warning centers.
โ๏ธ 5. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarthIntelPro and its operators accept no liability for decisions made, actions taken, or losses suffered in reliance on information displayed by the Service. See our Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability.
